'Night boat' project by farming project
An attempt to create a new summer style sweets in Ishikawa. A group "farming confection project" that was launched with the aim of encountering farmers and Japanese chef craftsmen in Ishikawa Prefecture, encouraging each other's industry and connecting Ishikawa's food culture to the future. A new project "Yukune (Yokofune) Project" was planned this year. It is an attempt to make "Night boat" summer name "Ohune" in the Japanese sweet shop in Ishikawa Prefecture as a local summer style sweets. Ogi is the name of so-called autumn, and its name changes according to the season. In spring it is Buddhism rice (Bonmachi) and in winter it is the usual that it is the North Window (Kid Maddo). During the period from Thursday 12th (Thursday) to 201st (Monday - Friday), 2018, we sell night boats at participating confectionery stores, Kanazawa city, Hakui city, Hakusan city special venue. "Night boat" with a taste by using the glutinous rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, Gokurojima Kimono, Purple Potato, Noto Blueberry, Mini Tomato, Kanazawa Yuzu, Kuroshio Yuzu, Edamame, Komatsuna and so on will appear.
